Contracts Manager: Mechanical Engineering Services
Responsibilities:
- Assume responsibility for all Mechanical Services and specialist equipment Sub Contractors on Major projects.
- Administer contracts in accordance with stipulated conditions of contract-FIDIC,JBCC etc
- Prepare and negotiate Final Accounts
- Prepare monthly claims and invoices
- Formulate ad present periodic reports on the status of contracts to Directors
- Attend meetings with clients, Architects, Engineers and resolve day to day problems for various contracts.
- Supervision of estimation and Tendering
Requirements:
- An appropriate Mechanical Engineering qualification with at least 15 years previous experience in a similar position
- Computer literate, good communication and negotiating skills.

Electrical engineer:
The incumbent must hold a Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering with 8 years or Diploma/ certificate with 15 years of experience in industrial and domestic installations. Knowledge of supervision/handling of electrical tender essential. Applicants must be computer literate. Must have sound knowledge of Electrical components.
Site Agent:
Site Agent is responsible for executing projects and is accountable for delivering the projects on time and on budget with a focus on delivering project quality and value. Site Agent must be able to coordinate a multi disciplinary team and provide technical Engineering support, supervise, direct and mentor junior staff. Should have a civil engineering degree and at least 10 years practical experience in Construction of Town houses, industrial and commercial Buildings.
Air conditioning Technician/Mechanic: Applicants must have Diploma/Certificate in Air conditioning/Refrigeration or Mechanical Engineering with 5 to 7 years experience. They must be able to undertake troubleshooting, repairs/maintenance of Air Conditioning and Refrigeration equipment of all types.
