Executive Director
-Francistown Branch
This is a senior management position which requires a mature, experienced and dedicated individual who is result oriented. The individual will be responsible for strategic planning, general management, budgets preparations, company policy formulation & implementation, overall operations of the company and compliance with the laws governing the insurance industry as an Executive Director. In addition to this the candidate must possess the following skills; negotiating policy terms with insurers and reinsurers, setting out and designing insurance packages for clients as well as presenting same, provide service and advice on claims related matters, conduct risk surveys and prepare reports, must have knowledge in all classes of long term insurance products, must be able to manage the credit control systems, must be a strategic planner, budgeting, and managing company resources.
Position requirements;
• At last 20 years experience in a similar position or better with traceable operational and management experience
• The incumbent must possess the minimum qualification Certificate of proficiency
• The age must be 45 years and above
• A clean class B driver’s license
