Special Projects Coordinator - Tenable in Gaborone
Key job responsibilities: Generate revenue for the company through special projects in accordance with company procedures, techniques and practices, operate independently and meet set targets. Manage and supervise the special projects team to attain the set targets and increase revenue. Prepare and deliver sales presentations to new and existing customers in order to sell new advertising programs, and to protect and increase existing advertising. Processes all correspondence and paper work related to accounts. Draw up contracts for advertising work, and help in collecting and tracking of payments due. Locate and contact potential clients in order to offer advertising service. Identify new advertising markets, and propose products to serve them. Help clients timely with queries in an appropriate manner. Gather all relevant material for bid processes, and coordinates bidding and contract approval.

Key qualification and experience: Diploma and Degree in Sales and marketing, business administration Degree (added advantage). Minimum 3 years experience in special projects environment. Driver’s license added advantage, Botswana citizen preferred.
