Market Analyst Tsabong
Purpose of the job:
Reporting to the Branch Manager, the market analyst –Tsabong provides information on market trends for products and services offered by the entrepreneurs in the region. The analyst identifies business opportunities in the region and in the rest of Botswana, by analyzing the market situation in the region and identifying market gaps and creating linkages for sustainable growth of enterprises.
Position Requirements:
A Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business Administration or any other related fields is required. The incumbent should have at least 3-5 years experience in the Business analysis field. Focus in the SMME sector would be an added advantage.

Strategic thinking/orientation, quality/results orientation, decisivenesss and Assertiveness, integrity, self –management, team work, visioning and strategic direction, leadership, continuos learning, management of financial resources.
