Customer Care Officer - Call Centre

Main purpose of the job:
To provide a responsible and effective customer service to the Corporation’s customers to ensure that customer satisfaction is consistently achieved.

To effectively coordinate the reception are to maintain rapport and effective communication with and easy access by customers.
Position requirements
Education: Degree in Public Relations, communication, Business Administration or any other related field
Experience: one year post qualification and relevant work experience
