Camp Manager – Duba Plains
Based in the Okavango delta, north of Botswana, Duba plains have an exciting opportunity for a camp manager. The successful candidate will report to the CEO and should be willing to work for extended periods in a remote environment.

Responsibilities include
• All camp administration – staff, camp and guests
• Housekeeping management
• Guest liaison and front of house management

Requirements include
• Tertiary qualification
• Guest liaison and front of house experience
• Minimum 3 years experience in similar position, preferably in remote area
• Experience in purchasing and ordering, stock receiving and issuing
• Experience in successful training of staff
• Excellent staff related administration skills
• Fully computer literate in windows suite
• Excellent logistical management skills for staff and guest movements
• Excellent self motivation and initiative
• Ability to work harmoniously with managers and staff
• Ability to be resourceful, well spoken and presentable
• Minimum of 3 contactable references
• Candidates must be prepared to live in a remote environment for extended periods of time
