Job summary
To implement and maintain road safety programme in line with mine and national standard requirements
Minimum requirements
• Diploma in safety and risk management or equivalent
• 3 years’ post qualification in traffic management environment
Pre appointment training
• Certificate in traffic management/ investigation
• A valid driver’s license
Key effectiveness areas
• Cost control
• Planning- traffic, safety campaign
• Implementation & maintenance of traffic safety standards
• Management of records
• Safety, health & environment
