As a Senior Engineer in the networking services team, you will be responsible for the following:
What we will expect you to do:
Responsibilities:
• Defining architecture and design for service provider customers and managed services
• Lead engineer for all large service provider projects
• RFI/RFP response and presentations
• 3rd and 4th line troubleshooting for high-end customers
• Coaching internal employees
• Training both employees and customers on L1
• Monitor and manage deployed solutions
• Documentation and presentation of deployed networks
• Assist existing sales and presales teams with tender submission, write ups and designs
Here’s what we are looking for in candidates for this job:
Key requirements:
• 5-8 years of experience (hands on)
• Lab certified CCIE Candidate with valid CCIE#
• Good communication skills (English)
• Documentation and presentation skills
• Expert level knowledge on Cisco based routing and Switching + Service Provider devices and internetwork protocols. IP based and ONS based.
• Service provider data center and networking including integration with ATM and DSLAM technologies
