Maintenance Coordinator
Main purpose of the job
To coordinate facilities maintenance activities with respect to quality service delivery in accordance with maintenance standards and budgetary provisions.
Key performance areas:
The successful candidate will be responsible for among other things:
• Budgeting and cost control
• Contractor coordination and project commissioning
• Coordination of planned maintenance
• Quality assurance
• Safety, health and environment
Position requirements:
Qualifications: Higher national diploma in electrical/mechanical engineering
Experience: minimum of seven years post qualification experience four of which would have been at a supervisory level. Computer literacy is essential
