Manages engineers. Plans develops manages and coordinates projects, assigns roles to appropriate staff members. Makes sure roles and project logistics are completed in time and within budget. Oversees and manages supervisors. Experience: Ten Years experience, with the bulk of the time on large scale projects of grade E and above.
