Human Resource Manager
Qualifications
Degree in Human resource management or equivalent from a recognized university
Position profile
The Human Resource manager must be able to proactively implement internal processes to ensure the Firm operates in line with the highest international standards of corporate governance-including taking overall responsibility for performance management, talent development, recruitment, work permits, as well as additional responsibilities in estate management and general administration.
The applicant must an all rounded –starter who is able to work is able to work independently and able to network physically and virtually with people from diverse backgrounds. The applicant must be able to design, implement and maintain policies and procedures whilst aligning them to the overall Deloitte strategy and labour laws.
Previous experience requirements
Previous experience in developing, implementing and monitoring effective internal processes a must.
Previous financial management administrative experience is important.
SAP application is an added advantage.
