Tender offers are invited for contract of supply of Cleaning Services for High Level Windows Twice in a Year for a Period of Two (2) Years at the Botswana Public Service College
This tender is reserved for citizen companies only. Tenderers who are domiciled in Botswana must, in order to be considered for award of the contract, be registered with the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Board in the following categories: - Code: 132, - Sub-Code: 03.
A non-refundable deposit of P250.00 (Two Hundred and Fifty Pula made in favour of the Government of Botswana is required on collection of the Tender Documents.
The physical address for collection of Tender Documents is: Botswana Public Service College, Block N, Office No. 1, Plot No. 5013, Jawara Road, Village (Extension 15), Gaborone. A compulsory pre-tender meeting with representatives of the Procuring Department will take place at Botswana Public Service College Tender Boardroom at Block N on 20 August 2013 starting at 09:00.
One envelope system shall apply, where bidders are expected to submit one (1) original and eight (8) copies of the completed Tender Documents are to be delivered in a plain sealed envelope clearly marked: "Tender No. SP/ MTC 112/2013-14 - A Contract of Supply of Cleaning Services for High Level Windows Twice in a Year for a Period of Two (2) Years at the Botswana Public Service College" when all bids will be opened in the presence of bidders wishing to attend. The closing time for receipt of tender offers is 10:00 on 27 August 2013. Late tender offers will not be accepted.
The Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Board's Standardised Conditions of Tender apply to this procurement, for which all the applicable Tender Data is contained in the Tender Documents. Notwithstanding anything in the foregoing, the Government of Botswana is not bound to accept the lowest or any tender offer.
