Tender offers are invited from property owners, estate agents, property managers and property developers to register their Serviced Office/Warehouse Space for Possible Leasing by Government in Main Urban Centres of Gaborone, Francistown. Selebi-Phikwe, Lobatse and Jwaneng and in secondary centres such as Serowe, Palapye, Mahalapye, Kanye, Maun, Molepolole and Letlhakane.
Individuals should submit certified copies of Omang for citizens or Passports for non-citizens. Companies should submit certified copies of share certificates and Omang for citizen shareholders or Passports for non-citizens shareholders, certified copies of list of Directors. Certificate of Incorporation, valid Tax Clearance Certificate or Exemption from BURS.
A non-refundable deposit of P250.00 payable either in cash or bank guaranteed cheque made out in favour of the Government of Botswana is required on collection of the Tender Documents. A non-refundable deposit must be paid for each tender submitted.

Those wishing to register their properties should complete the appropriate form giving details of the properties and asking rentals and return the form in plain sealed envelopes marked: "Tender No. MTC/MLH/DOL/Expression of Interest for Warehouse/Office Accommodation/1207/24052013 - Expression of Interest to Supply Office and Warehouse Accommodation to the Government of Botswana" and addressed to: The Secretary, Ministerial Tender Committee, Ministry of Lands and Housing, Private Bag 00434, Gaborone and to be deposited into a Tender Box at the Reception Area, 2nd Floor, AKD House. West Wing, Ministry of Lands and Housing, AKD House, Main Mall, Gaborone. The closing time for receipt of tender offers is 10:00 on 26 August 2013. Tender opening will be done immediately after closing time in the presence of bidders or their representatives wishing to attend. Late tender offers will not be accepted. Telegraphic, telex, telephonic or emailed tender offers will not be accepted.
The Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Board's Standardised Conditions of Tender apply lo this procurement, for which all the applicable Tender Data is contained in the Tender Documents. Notwithstanding anything in the foregoing, the Government of Botswana is not bound to accept the lowest or any tender offer.
