Tenders are invited from suitably qualified citizen companies to Supply and Install Local Area Network equipment for Ministry of Lands and Housing.
A non-refundable deposit of P500.00 payable in cash or by bank guaranteed cheque is required on collection of the Tender Documents.
Tender Documents can be obtained from Supplies Office, Department of Corporate Services, Ministry of Lands and Housing, Private Bag 00434, Plot No. 1108, Queens Road, Gaborone with effect from 22 July 2013. However, if a bidder wishes to confirm any detail they are encouraged to contact the relevant site IT Officer for assistance. Request for clarification should be received not later than 14 days before the closing date. Those received after the stipulated time will not be responded to.
This tender is a One Envelope System. One (1) original document marked "Original" and four (4) copies marked "Copy" sealed in one (1) plain envelope or package marked: Tender No. MTC/MLH/CS/UPGRADE OF MLH LANS/1220/26062013 - A Supply and Installation of Local Area Network Equipment for Ministry of Lands and Housing", shall be addressed to: The Ministerial Tender Committee, Ministry of Lands and Housing, Private Bag 00434, Gaborone, Botswana and to be delivered and deposited into the available Tender Box placed at Ministry of Lands and Housing, 2nd Floor, Reception Area, West Wing, AKD House, Main Mall. The closing time for receipt of tender offers shall be 10:00 on 26 August 2013. Tenders opening will be done immediately after closing time in the presence of bidders or representatives wishing to attend. Late tender offers will not be accepted. Telephonic, telegraphic, telex, facsimile or emailed tender offers will not be accepted
The Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Board's Standardised Conditions of Tender apply to this procurement, for which all the applicable Tender Data is contained in the Tender Documents. Notwithstanding anything contained in the foregoing, the Government of the Republic of Botswana is not bound to accept the lowest or any tender offer, nor incur any expenses in the preparation thereof.
