Tender offers are invited for the Provision of Supply of Stationery Toners
This tender is reserved for local contractors. Preferences are offered to citizen contractors. The bidders should also have registered for PPADB Code: 211, Sub-Code: 02 - Stationery. Bidders shall, in order to be considered for award of the contract, be appropriately licensed to trade, manufacture and/or supply the items and be in possession of requisite documentation to import, manufacture and/or sell such items according to the laws of Botswana. Preferences in accordance with the provisions of the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act. 2001 shall apply to the contract, as per the applicable Presidential Directives.
The physical address for collection of Tender Documents is: Ministry of Health Headquarters, Department of Clinical Services. Documents may be collected during working hours from 09:00 to 16:00 on Monday to Friday from 22 July to 23 August 2013. Names and addresses of bidders must be reflected on the outer envelopes or boxes. One (1) original tenders plus three (3) copies in sealed envelopes marked: "Tender No. MTC/MOH/CLS/SUP/7625/19062013 - Supply of Stationery Toners" shall be delivered to: The Director of Clinical Services, Office No. 4D9, Plot No. 54609, Government Enclave, Gaborone, Botswana. The one (1) original must be marked "Original" and will be retained by MTC for reference purposes. The closing and opening time for receipt of tender offers is 10:00 on 23 August 2013. Late tender offers will not be accepted. Tender will be opened in the presence of bidders wishing to attend. Telegraphic, telex, telephonic or emailed tenders will not be considered.
The Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Board's Standardised Conditions of Tender apply to this procurement, for which all the applicable Tender Data is contained in the Tender Documents. Notwithstanding anything in the foregoing, the Government of Botswana is not bound to accept the lowest or any tender offer.
