Our client seeks to attract responsible professionals for the following positions
Human Resource Manager
Reporting to the Managing Director, the successful candidate will provide strategic direction and operational management of end to end HR Policies, programmes and services with particular emphasis on performance management, compensation, capacity development and SHE.
Apart from a minimum of Bachelor’s degree with Human Resources Management or similar qualification, the successful candidate will have a record of effectiveness cultivated in senior management roles. Further, the candidate will be efficient, assertive, articulate and personable with a comprehensive understanding of industrial relations, financial information, HRIS and general employment policy trends
