Tender offers are invited for the Supply and Delivery of Building Materials to Kgatleng District Council. The contract will run from the date of award until 31 of March 2014.
Only registered suppliers are eligible to submit tender offers.
A non-refundable fee of P150.00 payable in cash to the Revenue Office No. 35 at RAC, Mochudi receipt is required on collection of the Tender Document.
The physical address for collection Tender documents is: Registry Office No. 110, Department of Architecture and Buildings premises, next to new Council Chamber in Mochudi. Documents may be collected during working hours from 07:30 to 12:45 and from 13:45 to 16:30 from 29 April until 29 May 2013. Bidders shall submit one (1) original and five (5) copies sealed in one (1) envelope and should be addressed to: The Council Secretary, Kgatleng District Council, Private Bag 011, Mochudi. Upon delivery tenders shall be registered and deposited into a Tender Box in Office No. 215, 1st Floor at the Architecture and Buildings Offices (next to the new Council Chamber) in Phaphane, Mochudi. It is the bidders' responsibility to ensure that the tender is deposited in the Tender Box. The closing time for receipt of tender offers is 09:00 on 29 May 2013. Late tender offers will not be accepted
The Local Authority's Procurement and Asset Disposal (LAPAD) Act of 2008, apply to this procurement, for which all the applicable Tender Data is contained in the Tender Documents. Notwithstanding anything in the foregoing, Kgatleng District Council is not bound to accept the lowest or any tender offer.
