Tender offers are invited for the Supply and Installation of Smart Board Interactive Whiteboard at Ntshe House.
Tender offers are invited from local companies. Bidders are required, in order to be considered for award of the contract, to be appropriately licensed to trade, manufacture and/or supply the items or be in possession of requisite documentation to import, manufacture and/or sell such items according to the laws of Botswana. Tenderers who are domiciled in Botswana must, in order to be considered for award of the contract, be registered with the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Board.
A non-refundable fee of P250.00 in cash made out in favour of Government of Botswana is required on collection of the Tender Documents at Regional Education Office, Ntshe House, 2nd Floor, Office No. 3.169.
The physical address for collection of Tender Documents is: Ntshe House Building, Second Floor, Office No. 3.169, Department of Secondary Department. One (1) Original Tender Document plus four (4) copies to be put in one big sealed envelope and clearly marked: "Tender No. DATC/FDA/0.45/1/2013-14 (1) - Supply and Installation of Smart Board Interactive Whiteboard 87 at the Department of Secondary Education" shall be delivered to: The Secretary, District Administration Tender Committee, District Administration, Room No. 1.112, Ntshe House, Francistown. The closing time for the submission of tender offers is at 08:30 on 28 May 2013. Late tender offers will not be accepted.
The Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Board's Standardised Conditions of Tender apply to this procurement, for which all the applicable Tender Data is contained in the Tender Documents. Notwithstanding anything in the foregoing, the Government of Botswana is not bound to accept the lowest or any tender offer, nor incur any expenses in the preparation thereof.
