The Department of Finance and Development Planning (Procurement Division), Lobatse Town Council invites sealed tenders from eligible tenderers for the Supply and Delivery of Protective Clothing for Lobatse Town Council.
Lobatse Town Council invites sealed tenders from eligible tenderers with relevant registrations and based in Botswana. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the competitive bidding procedure contained in the Regulations and is open to all eligible bidders based in Botswana.
Bidding documents may be purchased by interested bidders at Plot No. 1062 along Tlou Street, Maokaneng East, Revenue Office No. 40 located at Civic Centre, Lobatse Town Council, during working hours from 07:30 to 15:30 upon payment of a non-refundable fee of P200.00 in cash.
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents at Plot No. 2948 along Seepapitso 111 Drive, Supplies Warehouse Offices, Woodhall Industrial Area, Lobatse Town Council from 07:30 to 12:45 and 13:45 to 16:30. The tender must be submitted not later than 10:00 on 28 May 2013 at Plot No. 1062 along Tlou Street, Maokaneng East, Civic Centre, New Office Block upstairs, Office No. T49, Lobatse Town Council. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders" representative who choose to attend the opening exercise at Plot No. 1062 along Tlou Street, Maokaneng East, Civic Centre, New Office Block, Conference Room No. T20, Lobatse Town Council. Late bids shall be rejected.
