Tender offers are invited for the Supply of 48kg LP Gas for Primary Schools in Mogoditshane/Thamaga Sub-District Council.
Tender offers are invited by Mogoditshane/Thamaga Sub-District Council from 100% citizen owned companies with relevant trading and/or manufacturing license.
A non-refundable fee of P150.00 is required prior to collection of Tender Documents. Payments shall be made at Mogoditshane/Thamaga Sub Council Revenue office situated at RAC along Gabane Road, effective 8 April 2013 between 07:30 and 12:45 and from 13:45 to 15:30 during working days.
The physical address for collection of Tender Documents is: Mogoditshane/Thamaga Sub-District Council, Education office at RAC along Gabane Road on presentation of a receipt of payment. Documents may be collected during working hours between 07:30 and 12:45 and from 13:45 to 16:30 from 8 April 2013. Queries or clarifications relating to the issue of these documents may be addressed in writing to: Education Secretary, Private Bag 006, Mogoditshane, Telephone No. +267 3105615, Fax No. +267 3105617, two (2) weeks before tender closing date and time.
Tenders should be submitted in one (1) original marked "Original" and three (3) copies each marked "Copy" in a plain envelope securely sealed and clearly marked: "Tender No. KDC/TR/ED-MOG/010/2013 - Supply and Delivery of 48kg LP Gas Refill for Primary Schools in Mogoditshane/Thamaga Sub-District Council" and delivered to: LAPAD Secretary's office situated at RAC along Gabane Road, and ensure that the bid is registered before being deposited into a Tender Box not later than 09:00 on 6 May 2013. The closing time for receipt of tender offers is 09:00 on 6 May 2013 and opening will be done at 10:00 the same day in the presence of interested bidders in the Conference Room, situated at RAC along Gabane Road. Late, faxed, emailed and telephonic tender offers will not be accepted.
Notwithstanding anything in the foregoing, Mogoditshane/Thamaga Sub-District Council is not bound to accept the lowest offer or any other tender, or bear any expenses in the preparation thereof.
