Support Manager
This position will provide uninterrupted support to the customer service department by analyzing the qualitative and quantitative performance of the customer service team, verifying the quality of processes and services offered, identifying customer behavior and proposing solutions that meet customer needs, ensuring completion of projects and participating in recruitment of staff. A bachelor’s degree, strong experience in customer service and project management is required; Telecommunications industry experience is an added advantage. You will be highly customer focused, have good attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills including exceptional written and verbal communications abilities.
