Jwaneng Town Council invites tenders for the provision of a service contract for the Collection of Garden Waste from Environmental Units 1-8 in Jwaneng for a period of 10 months.
Bidders shall submit the following certified copies for them to be eligible; (i) Company Registration Certificate certified by issuing authority; (ii) Valid Waste Carrier Licence certified by the issuing authority; (iii) Vehicle Registration Book of a refuse collection trucks certified by the issuing authority and in the name of the bidding company or a Lease Agreement from the owner to the bidder; (iv) Tax Clearance/Exemption Certificate certified by BURS.
A non-refundable deposit of P200.00 at Revenue Office No. 123, Civic Centre.
Tender Documents can be obtained from Office No. 209 at Civic Centre after payment. Documents may be collected during working hours (07:30 to 12:45 and from 13:45 to 16:30) starting 22 April 2013. A compulsory site visit and clarification meeting with representatives of the Procuring Department will take place in Committee Room No. 1 on 7 May 2013 starting at 09:00.
Delivery/submission of tenders should be made at Jwaneng Town Council, Civic Centre, Marakanelo Way, Office No. 214. The closing time for receipt of tender offers is 12:00 on 10 May 2013. Late tender offers shall not be accepted. Opening shall be on 14:00 on 16 May 2013.
The Local Authority Procurement and Asset Disposal Board's Standardised Conditions of Tender apply to this procurement, for which all the applicable Tender Data is contained in the Tender Documents. Jwaneng Town Council is not bound to accept the lowest or any tender offer.
