Tender for conducting Feasibility Study for Toro Safari Lodge, plot 76, Kazungula, Chobe
Botswana Hotel Development Company (BHDC), a 100 percent subsidiary of Botswana Development Corporation Limited, invites tender proposals for carrying out a feasibility study for re-development and remodeling of Toro Safari Lodge to an up market facility.
Qualification criteria: Tenders are invited from consultancy firms with proven track record in carrying out feasibility studies.
Tender Documents
Terms of Reference for this tender are available and can be collected upon payment of a non-refundable 12% VAT inclusive fee of P560.00 (Five hundred and sixty pula) paid in cash, to the BDC cahier from 08:00 hrs on 15 April 2013.
This tender will be implemented by following the BDC Tender Rules & Regulations only.
Site Visit
Tenderers will be required to attend a compulsory site visit at Toto Safari Lodge, plot 76, Kazungula, Chobe on 25 April 2013. Tenders will meet at the lodge reception Area at 15:00 hrs.
