Tender offers are invited for the Provision of Security Guard Services to Magistrates' Residences at Magisterial Districts in Botswana
This is an Open Domestic Tender for suppliers with valid trade requirements. Bidders who are domiciled in Botswana must, in order to be considered for award of the contract, be appropriately incorporated to trade and/or render services according to the laws of Botswana. Preferences in accordance with the provision of the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act. 2001 shall apply to the contract; as per applicable Presidential Directives.
A non-refundable deposit of P250.00 (Two Hundred and Fifty Pula only) is payable to Accounts Unit in favour of the Government of Botswana before collecting the Tender Documents. Please show it to the officer issuing the Tender Documents for registration.

A Single Envelope procedure will be followed, in which the offer (one (1) original and eight (8) copies) from the tenderer are needed to be placed within an envelope/box marked: “Tender No. DJS/MTC/AOJ 001/2013-2014 -Provision of Security Guard Services to Magistrates' Residences at Magisterial Districts in Botswana". The documents are to be addressed and hand delivered to: The Supplies Office No. D2 041, Second Floor, High Court of Botswana, Gaborone, Botswana, Telephone No. 37183094/3718118/3718119. The closing time for receipt of tender offers is 10:30 on 8 May 2013. Late tender offers will not be accepted. Tenders will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives wishing to attend. Telephonic, surface mail, telex, telegraphic, emailed or facsimile tender will not be considered.
The Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Board's Standardised Conditions of Tender apply to this procurement, for which all the applicable Tender Data is contained in the Tender Documents. Notwithstanding anything in the foregoing, the Government of Botswana is not bound to accept the lowest or any tender offer.
