Tender BCA 2/2013: Leasing of Abattoir at the Meat Industry Training Institute in Lobatse.
The Botswana College of Agriculture (BCA) invites tenders to lease out its abattoir and associated laundry located at the Meat industry Training Institute (MITI) formally known as Meat Inspection Training Centre (MITC) in Lobatse. This abattoir shall be leased as a . The abattoir also serves as a training facility for practical meat inspection.
The Invitation to Tender (ITT) Documents are obtainable from the following address upon payment of a non-refundable fee of five Hundred pula (P500.00) only.

1. Payment can be made between 0830 hours and 1230 hours and 1345 hours and 1530 hours from Monday to Friday.
2. The invitation to Tender documents are obtainable from 8th April 2013 to 25th April 2013
3. Potential tenders are required to visit the site on 26th April 2013 at 0900 hours in Lobatse. No potential bidder will be allowed to re-visit the plant after the site visit date.
4. The Tender shall close for submissions on Thursday 16th May 2013 at 12 noon. The tender shall be opened shortly thereafter at 1215 hours in room 16, Block 300 at the Botswana College of Agriculture, content farm, sebele,Gaborone.
5. Interested bidders are invited to the tender opening session at their own cost.
