Livestock Manager
Banyana (Pty) Ltd is a cattle ranch situated about 300km from Gaborone along the Molopo river, which forms a border line between Botswana and South Africa. The company has a vacancy for;
Livestock Managers-3 year contract (with an option to renew) tenable at Banyana farm formerly Molopo Ranch 1-JN). The Candidate should be willing to stay in a ranch setting and be prepared to work long and odd hours. The position is open to citizens of Botswana only.
Main purpose of the job
Reporting to the General Manager the incumbent will be responsible for Ranch and Livestock Management as well as providing technical and managerial supports to the Company.

Job Requirements
• A COSC plus a minimum of Diploma in Animal Health and Production or equivalent
• At least 10- years experience working in livestock management and breeding
• Knowledge of Artificial Insemination is essential
• Knowledge of Herd Master will be an added advantage
• Valid Driver’s license

Salary scale: P15000 per month
