General Manager - Corporate Services
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer.

Responsibilities
You would be responsible for planning, organizing, managing and controlling the implementation of cost effective and efficient Financial, Human Resources, Information Technology and Records Management services to facilitate the achievement of the Fund’s objectives.
Requirements
You, must have a postgraduate degree in Business Administration or be a member of an internationally recognized institution of professional accountants (eg.ACCA, CIMA, ACA).
Experience
You must have at least five years post-qualification experience at managerial level in financial management and budgeting, coupled with a thorough understanding of human resource issues and the coordination of administrative services. Experience in computerized accounting systems is essential.
Competencies
As head of a major division within a large multidisciplinary organization, you would be expected to have strong leadership qualities and the temperament and capacity to shoulder wide-ranging responsibilities. These competencies include decisiveness, creativity and innovation, communication skills, teamwork, people management, relationship building, accountability and ethics, and change and risk management.
