Tender offers are invited for Supply and Delivery of Cleaning Materials in Tlokweng Sub-District Council
Tender offers are invited from local registered companies with valid and relevant trading documents.
A non-refundable deposit of P150.00 (One Hundred and Fifty Pula only) payable in cash only made out in favour of Tlokweng Sub-District Council is required upon collection of the Tender Document. Payments may be made at the Council Revenue Office, Tlokweng. Revenue office opens from 07:30 to 15:30.
The physical address for collection of Tender Documents is: Procurement and Disposal Division (Supplies), Tlokweng (RAC). Documents may be collected during working hours from 07:30 to 12:45 and from 13:45 to 16:30 from 18 March to 16 April 2013. Tenders should be submitted in two (2) sets, one (1) marked "Original" and two (2) marked "Copies" in a plain envelope securely sealed and clearly marked: "Tender No. TSD/PU/03/2013/14 - A Tender for Supply and Delivery of Cleaning Materials in Tlokweng Sub-District Council - Tlokweng" and delivered at Office No. 6, Rural Administration Centre at Senior Assistant Council Secretary Office. Failure to submit the required number of copies will result in disqualification of the bid. The closing time for receipt of tender offers is 09:00 on 16 April 2013 and opening will follow immediately after closure in the presence of interested bidders. Bidders wishing to attend the tender opening may do so at their own costs in the Council Chamber.
The Local Authority Procurement and Asset Disposal Standardised Conditions of Tender apply to this procurement, for which all the applicable Tender Data is contained in the Tender Documents. Notwithstanding anything in the foregoing, Tlokweng Sub-District Council is not bound to accept the lowest or any tender offer.
